The Gyosei International Junior High School Science Fair was held on Saturday the 9th of February. The lecture hall was opened to members of the elementary school and parents from both schools. This provided an excellent opportunity for student participants to experience the excitement of scientific discovery and to interact with both parents and their peers. Students who participated chose a topic to research, study, and conduct experiments on. They presented their findings in a media aided presentation, displaying their work to all present. This afforded an opportunity for the younger children to see some of the challenges that they will eventually meet when they take on the world of science in the junior high.
