全ての提出書類を締切日までにご郵送ください。

Monday, February 16, 2026  – Saturday, February 21, 2026

Please mail all the application documents to our office by the deadline.

(1） 入学願書 所定の用紙（写真貼付）
(2） 家庭調査書
(3） 在籍校の成績証明書（通知表のコピー可）
(4） 志願者が外国籍の場合は、本人のパスポートまたは在留カードのコピー
(5） 志願者が外国籍の場合は、保護者の日本国長期滞在査証の写し
(6） 住所ラベルシール2枚（受験票返送時および合否通知郵送時に使用）
(7） 入学検定料(20,000円）領収書

(1) Application Form (with Photo Attached)
(2) Household Information Sheet
(3) Official Transcript of School Records Prepared by Your Present School (Photocopies of the report cards for the parents acceptable)
(4) For Foreign Nationals, a Copy of the Applicant’s Passport or Residence Card
(5) For Foreign Nationals, a Copy of the Parent’s Long-Term Stay Visa in Japan
(6) Address Label Stickers (used when mailing the admission ticket and mailing the notice of acceptance/ rejection results)
(7) Original proof of payment (20,000JPN)

国語、算数、作文および面接
注1）面接は受験生と保護者、別々に実施（日本語または英語）。
注2）インターナショナルコース希望者の算数、作文、面接は英語による。
注3）レギュラーコース・プリュオーコース希望の帰国生・外国籍児童は、英語による算数を選択可。
注4）合否判定は、上記の結果に加え、前在籍校の成績を加味して行う。

Japanese, Math, Essay and Individual Interview
Note 1: Interviews are conducted separately for test takers and parents in Japanese or English.
Note 2: Math, Essay and Interview for International Course applicants are given all in English.
Note 3: Returnees and foreign nationals who wish to attend the Regular Course or the Plus Haut Course can also select Math in English.
Note 4: Decision on acceptance or rejection will be made based on the test scores and screening of the transcript prepared by the applicant’s school.

プリュオーコース希望者の算数、作文、面接は日本語または英語から選択可。　　　　　　Applicants for the Plus Haut Course can select Math, Essay and Interview either in Japanese or English.
