The month of May is an opportunity to renew our devotion to the Mother of God, the Blessed Virgin Mary. As a part of our school activities this year, May 17, 2011 was the day we followed the tradition of honoring Her. Every student and teacher attended the Mother Mary Festival which was presided over by our Father Tagawa. His message was that we should devote ourselves to Mary, the Mother of God, so that we may be blessed with a spirit of dedication and love in our lives reflecting on Her courage and fidelity. The beautiful class prayer cards and offering of prayers by all the class representatives brought great comfort and peace as we dedicated the day to Her.
