May is the month of the Blessed Virgin Mary and is an opportunity to renew our devotion with the annual event in our school.
It started with everyday prayers with different themes for nine days and concluded yesterday, May 16 with beautiful weather to help us celebrate.
For first graders it was their first time to experience praying to the mother of Jesus, as we gathered around the statue with class prayer cards and presented them, along with prayer offerings.
If was a wonderful day where in all the students showed love and devotion to Our Lady, as seen on their faces. It is indeed making disciples of us all, being God’s children, we must put God’s word and God’s will at the center of our lives like Mother Mary.
