【募集人数・期日】

各学年（男女若干名）

※1年生は1学期からの転編入生を受け入れておりません。
※6年生対象の第2回編転入学試験は実施しません。（本校中学入学試験を受験）
※海外からの突然の帰国児童については、上記試験日以外に随時受験することができます。

【出願資格】

各学年とも日本の学齢に基づく期間に生まれたもの

注1）外国籍の出願者は、保護者が日本国長期滞在査証を有する子女であること。本校の入学許可に基づいた「留学」の在留資格認定は認めない。
注2）入寮希望は、出願前に要相談。（女子寮のみ）

【出願手続】

１．提出書類　（期間内必着で郵送）

（1）入学願書　所定の用紙（写真貼付）
（2）家庭調査書
（3）在籍校の成績証明書（通知表のコピー可）
（4）外国籍の志願者は、本人のパスポートまたは外国人登録カードのコピー
（5）志願者が外国籍の場合は、保護者の日本国長期滞在査証の写し
（6）検定料振込領収証の写し
（7）住所ラベルシール（受験票返送および合否通知郵送時に使用）

２．検定料

20,000円
注）海外からの送金は、被仕向送金手数料1,500円および為替手数料2,500円とを加算して、合計24,000円を円建てで下記へ送金。

【試験科目】

国語、算数、作文および面接
注1）面接は受験生と保護者、別々に実施（日本語または英語）。
注2）インターナショナルコース希望者の算数、作文、面接は英語による。
注3）レギュラーコース希望の帰国生・外国籍児童は、英語による算数選択可
注4）合否判定は、上記の結果に加え、前在籍校の成績を加味して行う。

【合否発表】

試験日の3日後、本人・保護者宛に郵送。合格者には入学許可書および入学手続書類とを同日送付

Note1:
The second round test is not open to grade 6 students. Take the entrance examination for our junior high school instead.

Note2:
Returnees from overseas on short notice may take transfer exams at any time other than the above-mentioned exam dates.

Qualifications

A boy or a girl born in the year in accordance with the Japanese law of school age

Note1:
If the applicant is a foreign national, the parent must be a holder of a long-term stay visa in Japan. We do not allow you to obtain a certificate of eligibility for “students” based on the enrollment at our school.

Note2:
If you wish to be a dormitory student , you need to consult us before you apply.

Mail the following forms and other application materials to the Office of Gyosei International Primary School.
All application materials must reach us by the application deadline.

(5)For Foreign Nationals, a Copy of the Parent’s Long-Term Stay Visa in Japan
(6)Copy of Application Fee Transfer Record
(7)Address Label Stickers(used when mailing the admission tickets and mailing the notice of acceptance/rejection results)

Test Subjects

Japanese, Math, Essay and Individual Interview

Note1:
Interviews are conducted separately for test takers and parents in Japanese or English

Note2:
Math, Essay and Interview for international course applicants are all in English.

Note3:
Returnees and foreign nationals who wish to attend the regular course can also select Math in English.

Note4:
Decision on acceptance or rejection will be made based on the test scores and screening of the transcript prepared by the applicant’s school.

Announcement of Results

Results will be sent to applicants by registered mail three day after the exam date. For the accepted applicants, an acceptance letter and registration documents will be sent out on the results-notice date.

2022年度第1学期から転編入学が可能な学年・クラスは以下の通りです。
また、今回の転編入学試験受験希望の方を対象とした学校見学を2022年1月29日（土）10:00に行ないます。事前予約が必要ですので、小学校までお問い合わせください。

※1年生は1学期からの連編入生を受け入れておりますん。

※6年生は3学期からの転編入生を受け入れておりません。

If you give us your postal address by email, we will mail our brochure and application form to you.

Day of Visit

We have not been accepting visitors due to the coronavirus issue. However, as far as the families of transfer test takers are concerned, we are going to accept them and show them around our school facilities on Saturday, 29 January. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
