Announcement of Results Results will be sent to applicants by express mail two days following the exam date. Registration documents and information regarding the time frame within which to enroll will be sent to successful applicants.
Exam Contents
  • A written exam consisting of an essay and a Mathematics aptitude  component (Japanese and or English dependant on course)
  • An interview with the applicant (Japanese or English dependant on course)
  • An interview with the parent or guardian of the applicant
The first round test is not open to pre-school students in their final year.
The third round test is not open to grade 6 students.
Students who must move to Japan on short notice may take transfer exams at any time.

Application Procedure

Application forms can be sent by mail or delivered in person to the administration building office.

  • Applications must arrive within the application submission period for the exam you wish to take.
  • Office hours are from 9:00 to 3:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.

  • 20,000 Yen test fee
